WARRANTY
VGT warrants all goods to be free from defect in Material and workmanship for a period of 3 months (unless otherwise stated on the quotation or contract).
The obligation under this warranty is limited to making good, at VGT’s premises, any part thereof which is returned to VGT and which examination reveals to VGT’s satisfaction that the goods are in fact defective. At sole and total discretion of VGT, the said goods will be repaired or replaced.
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Delivery dates are estimates and approximates and are provided in good faith by VGT. No liability is accepted for delays for any cause whatsoever. (unless otherwise stated on the quotation or contract).
Payment of invoices will be made within N days of the date shown on the invoice, ’’N’’ according to payment terms of contract to do, payment mode T/T, Paypal.
PRICING
VGT’s quotation all priced are quoted in US dollars or RMB yuan, and the purchaser shall pay, all taxes, stamp duties, use tax, value and like levies or taxes. Prices for exported items are subject to currency exchange rate variation. Exchange rate adjustment will be imposed at the time the price in the event the variation exceeds +/- 3% of the original quoted rate. (real-time currency exchange rates will be shown on quotation)
SHIPMENT
VGT according to customer requirements using different modes of transport and channels,
Mode of transport, domestic delivery using express or door to door, overseas delivery using shipping, air express (according to customer requirements)
Delivery domestic logistics partner with SF, EMS, abroad delivery logistics partner with UPS, DHL, Fedex,
PURCHASE ORDER
No Cancellation or variation to an order will be accepted after 24 hours from the date shown on the Purchaser’s order, unless accepted in writing by VGT. In the event of such a cancellation, variation or suspension, the Purchaser shall compensate VGT for all costs and/or loses consequently incurred.
ACCEPTANCE
The purchaser shall be bound to accept and pay for the goods unless VGT shall within 10 days after delivery of the goods receive from the Purchaser written notice of any failure of the goods to comply with the specification which notice must provide particulars of all breaches of the specifications. The Purchaser shall hold any such allegedly defective goods at the Purchaser’s risk pending the instruction from VGT as to the disposition of the goods. VGT shall give such instructions within a reasonable time having regard to the nature of the goods.
