The output increased from 600 thousands square meters in incunabulum to present 25 million square meters. In July 2005, the first stage project, in Song Shan Lake Northern Sci. Tech Industrial District, Dongguan, puts into production. 290 thousand square meters is planned to the whole project. The estimated general investment is RMB 3200 million. It’s planned to finish by stages in 8 to 10 years. Shengyi will be the biggest copper clad laminate industry base in South China after the whole project finished. At the same time, based on stratagem demand, Shengyi joint ventured in Xianyang, Xi’an, Singapore Industrial Park, Suzhou, and Lianyungang.
